Other Ways to Engage
Not planning a research visit? There are other ways to engage with the Library. Learn about our exhibitions and upcoming programs below, or visit our Volunteer page under ‘Get Involved’ to explore volunteer opportunities.
Exhibitions and Programs
The Eide Library presents rotating exhibitions that bring works from its collections into conversation with broader themes in Asian art, literature, and culture. A new exhibition is currently installed at the Library. Opportunities to view the exhibition through scheduled talks, tours, and related programs will be announced soon.
Our library catalog will continue to expand daily until it represents our full collection of books, manuscripts, works of art, and objects dating back to the 13th century.
Digitization
We are also working to digitize materials from our Special Collections holdings, including manuscripts and rare books in Chinese, Japanese and Western languages, ephemera, archival collections, artwork, objects, and textiles to provide researchers better access to our materials from anywhere in the world.
